5. Our state-of-the-art hot water extraction system thoroughly flushes the carpet once the soil has been loosened. The carpet is sanitized and deodorized in this step. There is a regulation of water pressure to prevent the carpet from getting too wet. This depends on the thickness and depth of the carpet.

6. Neutralize – Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so there are no sticky residues left behind. Depending on soil conditions, this treatment is applied as a rinse or after rinsing.

7. After cleaning, if any spots are not removed, specialty-spotting techniques are used.

8. To speed up the carpet’s drying, high-velocity air movers are placed on the carpet.

9. Post-grooming – By using a carpet rake, the carpet pile is arranged in one direction for faster drying and more visual appeal.
